1. Nature of Services

All products and services provided via SteelPredictor.com are delivered as intangible digital content. Services are sold on an annual license (rental) basis and are accessible immediately upon successful payment.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your access to the service is granted instantly upon purchase.
• The service constitutes a non-tangible digital product that is not delivered on a physical medium.
• You expressly consent to the immediate delivery and waive your statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation under applicable consumer protection laws.

This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and similar regulations in other jurisdictions, which state that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

3. No Refunds

Given the immediate nature of service delivery:

• No refunds, cancellations, or changes will be issued once the purchase is completed.
• Partial refunds for unused periods or early termination are not applicable.
• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the service meets their needs before purchasing.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate payments (accidental double charge)
• Technical failure on our end that results in the user being completely unable to access the service, and where the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
